This is why I have teamed up with an amazing crew to bring you a day to remember. 

If you are craving a bit of an escape, looking to unplug from this lockdown, recharge your batteries and have a bit of fun trying new things, we have put together the perfect day for you!  

Join Amber Gouzy, Marine Geraud, and Danilo Bueno on a 1-day retreat to tease your adventurous side and fill your cup. We’ll offer you a balanced mix of playful and grounding activities accessible from the comfort of your home or in your favourite outdoor spot!

Sometimes even taking a few hours away from your environment is enough to recharge your batteries and go back with a more peaceful mindset. Are you ready to escape lockdown with us? ;)

WHAT TO EXPECT :

- We will start the day with a grounding and energy charging qi gong and priming meditation practice, so energising and easy to do at home, that it may well become your new morning practice. - We will turn up the HIIT with our Bootey Jail Camp! A 45min boot camp style “at home” practice focused on glutes and core, sure to make you break a sweat whilst sculpting your peach perfect! This requires minimum to no equipment so, no gym, no excuse!

- Our playful Upside (lock)Down workshops is a practice of Trust, Streng, Mobility, as well as an empowering one, that will surprise you in what you can achieve with some fun conditioning drills.

You can expect our movement classes to be upbeat and fun practices. No matter your level, you will have fun and break a sweat! (And be ready to dance & Shake what your moma gave ya! ;)

- We will also take you on an introductory journey to the ancient art of Tantra that will give you practical tools to help you achieve better intimacy not only with yourself but with a partner.

- We will wine down and close our day retreat with our StayYin class that will allow you to let your emotions flow through your body in a different way. Longer hold poses that will help slow down your nervous system and allow some deep release, we will close with a beautiful meditation to balance our inner emotional world and help you to fly through those last weeks of Lockdown!

Note: We made a conscious effort to keep the price as low as possible as we want to support our community in those trying times and ensure this was accessible. (all teachers would usually respectively charge more for their workshops. We estimated this day of workshops to be valued at above $400)
