About The Event

We offer short classes of 60 min (on request only) and 75 min classes as well as longer masterclasses of 90 min and workshops up to 3 hours depending on your needs.
When you book with us, you will receive:
- Classes facilitated by 1 to 2 certified teachers
- Classes including elements of yoga, inversion training, cardio, partner yoga, and mindfulness
- A safe environment, and we keep it clean!

Ideal for a lunch time boost, this class will get your team moving and cover the basics of Acro Yoga, working as a team to tackle a new challenge, build trust and communication in a fun, relaxed and playful environment!
