About The Event
ReConnect monthly Acro Yoga workshop is coming up! Are you ready to reach new heights in the epic surroundings of Paddington Reservoir? (Location subject to change to indoor nearby location weather dependant).
Our workshop will be fast-paced, fun and flow to the beat of our favourite tunes.
There will be some partner & balancing work involved, and we will explore trust and communication, all focused around learning some new acroyoga skills & Flow!
We will explore entries, exits, poses and flows that will be sure to challenge you, whatever your level.
