Just For Fun! Are you ready to let your inner Ninja warrior out? Whether you have done Acro Yoga before or not, this workshop will be a safe place to learn the foundation of a partner practice or to perfect your technique, with some cool, Ninja inspired moves!

About The Event
In this workshop the ReConnect team will offer you a wide range of tools to improve your partner acro yoga skill set and integrate or rediscover new playful moves.
Whether you are new to acroyoga or already know the basics, we have some fun planned for you! And all will be in a safe environment so you can explore getting upside down and balancing with a partner!
All levels will be catered for; Bring a partner or come solo!
We only have one Ninja Rule : If you're having fun! You're doing it right!
So come with a playful mindset, and don't worry if you have never done anything like this before, it will just be pure fun!
An Acrovinyasa workshop consists of 3 parts:
1. Vinyasa yoga style warm up - to awake our inner ninja through movement
2. Inversion training, so we can safely learn how to get upside down (I mean, have you ever seen a Ninja NOT cartwheel?)
3. Acroyoga - the partner practice so you learn to work with your ninja clan! (ninjas don't always work solo!)
In this workshop we will cover:
*A couple of partner Ninja poses
*Some dynamic entries and exits
*A cool flow that you can keep practicing with your Clan
*And more surprises
