This weekend escape will not only help you to disconnect with the stress of the last few month and the every day "new normal" working environement, but help you reconnect with yourself, nature and others.

WHAT TO EXPECT :

- We will start the day with a grounding and energy charging qi gong and priming meditation practice, so energising and easy to do at home, that may well become your new morning practice.

- The playful acroyoga workshops is a practice of trust, in yourself and in a partner and team, as well as an empowering one, that will surprise you in what you can achieve with the little help of your acro friends.

You can expect our Acroyoga and Noga workshops to be upbeat and fun practices, no matter your level, you will have fun and break a sweat!

- We will also take you on an introductory journey to the ancient art of Tantra that will give you practical tool to help you achieve better intimacy not only with yourself but with a partner. (Delivered in a Ted Talk style)

- Discover some hiking tracks off the beaten tracks (The place is surrounded by stunning walking tracks!)

- It is an active retreat but don't worry, you will also have plenty of "me time" to chill and will come back energised.

- Reconnection to the senses wouldn't be complete without beautiful food, we are working closely with onsite chef that will cook homegrown or local food. Your taste buds will also be tease!

20% of full payment is non refundable if cancellation occurs 30 days or less before arrival (Jul.21). 

50% of full payment is non refundable if cancellation occurs 14 days or less before arrival (Aug.8). 

No refund of full payment if cancellation occurs 7 days or less before arrival.
