ReConnect Winter Weekend - Blue Mountains

This retreat will not only help you to disconnect with the stress of the everyday rat race, but help you reconnect with yourself, nature and others.

Sometimes even taking a weekend away from your busy environment is enough to recharge your batteries and go back with a more peaceful mindset.

- We will start the day with a grounding and energy charging qi gong and priming meditation practice that may well become your new morning retreat.

- The playful acroyoga workshops is a practice of trust, in yourself and in a partner and team, as well as an empowering one, that will surprise you in what you can achieve with the little help of your acro friends.

- We will also take you on an introductory journey to the ancient art of Tantra that will give you practical tool to help you achieve better intimacy not only with yourself but with a partner.

- Discover some hiking tracks in the stunning blue mountains off the beaten tracks (even if you've been a 1000 times to the blue mountains you probably won't know those gems ;)

- It is an active retreat but don't worry, you will also have plenty of "me time" to chill and will come back energised.

- Reconnection to the senses wouldn't be complete without beautiful food, we have an onsite chef that will cook homegrown or local food. Your taste buds will also be energised!

25% of full payment is non refundable if cancellation occurs 30 days or less before arrival (Jul.16).

50% of full payment is non refundable if cancellation occurs 14 days or less before arrival (Aug.2).

No refund of full payment if cancellation occurs 7 days or less before arrival.
