Partner Acro yoga for beginner Workshop "Watch The Throne"

Noga & ReConnect Yoga are teaming up once again for Chapter 3 to take your 2020 to new heights in the epic surroundings of Paddington Reservoir. (Location subject to change to indoor nearby location weather dependant).

Our workshop will be fast-paced, fun and flow to the beat of our favourite tunes. This time, inspired with the 2011 iconic Jay-Z/ West album "Watch The Throne).

There will be some partner & balancing work involved, and we will explore trust and communication, all focused around our Throne pose! 

If you think you already know this pose, think again, we will flip it and reverse it, explore new versions of it, different entries and flows that will be sure to challenge you, whatever your level.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

Exciting Yoga flows, new Acro Yoga skills, plenty of photo opportunities and a lot of fun.

DO I NEED ANY EXPERIENCE?

This session is for beginners so no experience needed. come with a playful mindset, and don't worry if you have never done anything like this before, it will just be pure fun!

DO I NEED TO COME WITH A PARTNER?

Nope, we will work in groups. Everyone will have a chance to base, fly & Spot. Of course you can still come with a mate, boo, colleague, crush etc ah!

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:

This workshop will be focused on a "Throne variations" (throne is the post where the flyer is "sitting" on the feet of the base) . We will explore different variations, poses, entries & exit and progressions into a flow!
