Whether you are new to acroyoga or already know the basics, we have some fun planned for you! And all will be in a safe environment so you can explore getting upside down and balancing with a partner!

★ WHAT CAN I EXPECT? Exciting Yoga flows, new Acro Yoga skills, plenty of photo opportunities and a lot of fun.

★ DO I NEED ANY EXPERIENCE? This session is for beginners so no experience needed. come with a playful mindset, and don't worry if you have never done anything like this before, it will just be pure fun!

★ DO I NEED TO COME WITH A PARTNER? Nope, we will work in groups. Everyone will have a chance to base, fly & Spot. Of course you can still come with a mate, boo, colleague, crush etc ah!

★ DO I NEED TO BRING A MAT? Either bring your own or reach out if you would like to hire one.  

★ ABOUT THE WORKSHOP: This workshop will be focused on a move called "Star", we will explore different entries, exits, and progressions from this move. Be ready to get upside down!
